Pour Form is the culmination of six years studying food science and winemaking and 13 years working in bars, restaurants, wine production, and digital marketing. Every class, service, shift and project gave me the skills to bring this dream to life.

But it’s not just professional, it's personal too.

Growing up queer in the midwest most everything I did was considered “poor form”. I spent a lot of my life trying to do things the "right way" but never gave myself the chance to do things my way.

Turns out my way makes a pretty awesome bar.
